ALL OF OUR SCULPTURE start as wet clay so a certain amount of variation in color,shade,tone, and size is to be expected.
These variations only enhance the beauty and character of the works.
No two pieces are the same , each is an individual piece of art.

SPECIAL ORDERS- Because each piece is individually handmade from wet clay, we can adjust the design to fit a larger and sometimes smaller space, and/ or most other special considerations such as color. Contact us with your needs.

CUSTOM ORDERS- We can custom design and sculpt a relief especially for your space.
Using your design or we can create one for you.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION COSTS
Prices average $200/square foot depending upon the complexity and techinques employed (minimum order - 4 square feet.)
All design, communication, material, and production costs are included.
Shipping fees, out of town site visits, and installation costs are not included.

DEPOSITS- A 50% deposit must accompany each order.

DISCOUNTS- contacts us for discount schedual, to the industry only.

SIZES- Due to the natural fluctions in handmade wet clay products, all dimensions are nominal.

SAMPLES- Pieces may vary slightly from the original sample . All pieces are subject to variation in color and size.

CRAZING- It is not unusual for some glazes to craze before or after installations.
This is a natural characteristic of many glazed tile and does not effect the strength or durability of a sculpture.

SHIPPING-All orders are FOB Vinton,Virginia, and shipped approximately 4-8 weeks from the time the order is received.

All sculpture is handmade to order. Most orders are shipped within four to eight weeks.
An order's production schedule begins upon receipt of the deposit.
You will be notified as to the approximate schedule of your order.

Delivery time is not guaranteed.

RUSH ORDERS-All orders are produced in the order they are received .
If you need us to put you order to the front of the queue add 50%(minimum of $25.00) .
Rush service is subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS- All cancellations must be made in writing to Shideler Studios with in 24 hours of the original order.

RETURNS- All returns need prior authorization. No returns are accepted on installed sculptures..
Variations in size, color, and/ or hue shall not be deemed cause for return..
No returns will be accepted due to color variation between tile.
Only defective product or incorrect orders by Shideler Studios can be returned.
No returns are accepted after 15 days receipt of sculptures.

DAMAGES are the responsibility of the shipper. Liability for lost or damaged returns belongs to customer or return shipper.

Shideler Studios will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss, or expense arising from use of or inability to use the product for any purpose whatsoever.
